Garima is a business leader with over 18 years of experience across Financial Services, Digital Payments and eCommerce, Education and Media A strategic thinker, she has proven skills in establishing businesses from inception and delivering results in diverse situations primarily during start up phases, launches and turnarounds. Her expertise includes Strategy and Re-engineering, Leading Teams, Building Businesses, Change Management and Digital Transformation. She has run profit centres, driven early stage investments, led product and process innovations and managed large direct and project teams across functions and across geographies during her various assignments at Network 18 (Capital 18), Citibank and Tata Administrative Services. Garima is passionate about understanding India’s ancient and promoting Indic Studies. She is the  founder of culturalsamvaad.com – a platform that espouses the cause  of employing a unique Indian idiom to bring sustainable change in India.  Garima is also a visiting faculty member at the Mumbai University.
